Willerby Earthquake

>> Listen to this Article or Add to Podcast
Between 12.55am and 1.00am this morning I was sat at my desk working when it started to shake.

According to Sky News there was an earthquake covering a great deal of the country.

I went downstairs and then outside to be greeted by a few other local residents who were also looking for the cause of the shaking.

That's the first earthquake I've experienced in 38 years!

Update:

It looks like the earthquake was centred 30 miles south of Kingston upon Hull. The following link has all the details.

Magnitude 4.7 - ENGLAND, UNITED KINGDOM

Heard about that over on this side of the pond too. Can't say I've ever heard "Earthquake" and "England" in the same story?
